I bought some of their yummy gluten free shortbread, and the last one in the pack was covered in icky black grease! :eek:
So I phoned their freephone careline, and spoke to a lovely woman. She's going to send me a £10 voucher to make up for it! :beer: She also told me how to change the address on my Nectar card
