Can't offer any legal advice but I would think hard about making the accusation, if you still feel you should atleast wait until you are securely in another job then blow the whistle. I expect they will just continue doing what they are already doing in several months so just don't rush into. After a few months it could be anyone.

Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.
