Yes, I sort of knew that. But figured a moan about being unsure of the legal implications of clearing the pavement would be in the Site Discussion forum before you could say "so sue me".So basically it is not HPI it is insurance and law companies exploiting it. Law companies now make people believe there is always some one to blame, there are no accidents (or clumsiness) according to law firms just oppertunitys.0 -

I found it really odd to read it because I literally thought about the same thing this morning.
How odd a world we live in that if you slip on water deposited from the snow from someones shoes in a shop can lead to the shop being sued.
