I followed the guide to generate letters for my 3 mis sold endowments. I sent them to the endowment companies, but they have all told me to get in touch with the original advisors.
I can't remember most of the details that they are asking me for.
Should I continue? Has anyone else had success when it isn't involving the endowment company directly? Are they right in saying that it doesn't concern them?
