The M&S sale starts on Tuesday 18th July, though it could be put back, as it has been a few times.

Monsoon starts the same day as far as I know.

Not sure if this helps but there is a Monsoon Outlet at Junction 32 Castleford. I went a couple of weeks ago and they had 70% off and bogof!! Might be worth looking
