not sure if already posted but in my local Boots today. Sale had started -lots of gift sets reduced to a third of orginal price. My branch in Durham had loads of top brand named hair product sets.
It looked like unsold Xmas gift sets - but all great value

I have to excersize self control as I order waaaaaaaaaay too much and then cant make sense of the umpteen amount of statements they send as a consequence!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is possible to register on the NEXT vip website even if you have not received an invite yet. I think everyone they might send an invite to can do it at anytime. The link is

It takes them upto 48 hrs to send out the invites as it depends where you are on the list.

Anyone know when they are putting prices down again in monsoon? Just can't afford their clothes yet until they are closer to 70% off! And will marks and spencer be putting more in their sale and putting the prices down again? Thanks in advance for any replies!

Sorry I can't help with the Monsoon query but M&S are due to add more stock on 31st July according to the operator I spoke to when I phoned re internet order recently. It wouldn't be unrealistic to expect them to put some prices down then. I'm a bit disappointed with the M&S sale although at least it means I haven't spent too much money!

The promo in Monsoon was a one off to shift stock. Unlikely to repeat a BOGOF until mid sept earliest, if at all.

The Next sofa from the Clearance shop was the 'Sorrento' in dark brown which would have cost £999 but I paid £300. I also got a Lawson textured velvet for £250 insted of £600. This had a tiny gap in the seam of the cushion but as it was only where the sewing machine had missed, it was easy to repair.
