  • Hi Great News I emailed james.benamor@rgroup.co.uk regarding my admin fee and got this email back this morning.

"I have contacted our Customer Services department and asked them to provide a refund of your service fee for you.

I believe that this will be with you by post within 5 working days.

    James Benamor"

I recommend you all do the same...

    Thanks
  • I got my refund from Tenants loan this morning for the full amount.

It's worth contacting the person above if your in the same situation.

is this the tenantloansonline.com service? as i will need to email them but dont want to find out it's not the samw company? are they a trading name of Post Net Ltd?
  • Yep it's the very same company. A complete and utter con. If you email that address that's in one of the earlier posts you should be able to get your money back, but it will be minus the £5 brokerage fee which they are legally entitled too. Hope this helps you.

just to make people aware that tenant loans is a big scam i work for a loan provider with low apr and we have a "high standard lending criteria" and a few months ago we received hundreds of applications who had apparently been approved a loan with us via tenant loans , however these letters had nothing to do with us and every app was declined as they all had a poor credit rating so tenant earned £50 and the cust out of pocket with no loan. What a big skank!!!!!!!

  • I`ve read through all these replies and if it wasn`t that I couldn`t find an email address for them I wouldn`t have stumbled accross this post.
For more information on this (RICHMOND) group I`ve enclosed a list of them all below.

Just click on the link and there all there.
As a matter of fact has anyone managed to get a loan from *firms* like this.
    Good luck to you all.

Just to add my warning to those above, avaoid at all costs, i paid the fee yesterday and got a letter this morning suggesting I ring Provident for a loan, and that was all. Waste of time and money, is there anyone we can complain too, they are not even brokering a loan, they are doing nothing at all?
  • Just remember you are paying for a garenteed service not a garenteed loan, you have to listen carefully to what the operator says. If its not what you want then dont pay for it!
