Sandwich ideas for freezing?

I'd heard you can freeze sandwiches but never really thought it would work, it was a revelation to find that it did! Great way to make lunches in advance and never end up with nothing to eat at work.
I very rarely eat sandwiches, so I'm on the lookout for interesting and tasty sandwiches that I can freeze. I eat pretty much everything.
