Sports Massage required

I am looking for a cheap place to have a Sports Massage done due to the amount of training I do

Preferably based in or near to Ealing area
Cheapest I am currently paying is £36 per hour
Any ideas as it seems these type of massages are rather expensive for some reason

They're expensive, because you're paying a skilled professional to treat you rather than a 16yo to stroke you, as DH describes it when our usual massage therapist is away!

And frankly £36 per hour sounds very good vfm to me!

However, if there is anywhere which trains sports massage therapists in your area, see if you can get a trainee massage, under supervision! Start with any local colleges of FE and see what they offer.

Well said Sue - my husband is currently charging £35 per session out here in the Provinces and he has a postgraduate diploma, so he's not just a 'skin polisher', he will diagnose, treat, monitor and tell you straight if it's something he can't help with.

You gets what you pays for - try the LSSM or SMA websites for alternative practitioners in your area. One of the best in the country is in Willesden Green.
