I am tired....don't know whether to have a bath and then make my tea or have my tea early, have a bath and then get into bed.....

Have your tea, then have a bath and go to bed early. If you have bath first you might be then too tired to make something decent. If you eat first it might give you a bit more energy to then have bath, get really sleepy and then head to bed. Also will give you more time to digest food :)

I won £5 on the free scratchcard
Oh and tax credits are going up by £100 (although I suspect Housing Ben and Council Ben will now come down by the same amount so back to square on there)

Oh and have all clear to do Friday afternoons at school :) Mucho Happy

Am cooking pork belly, jacket spuds and veg for dinner. And I did a proper SOA on my diary thread, but I never know where to put my loan/grant - mainly cos I use it for uni stuff!

Today has been fun to say the least. Got to train station decided they wanted £7 to park, online (on ticket site) it stated free  Gets on train... 45min later they decide its not running and we have to get on a coach. So get into town (where we were supposed to change trains) get on train set for Bath, fault with the train, 30min later start moving. Get into Bath 11.30am supposed to arrive 10am

Had a fab time at the fashion museum... Oh and the lady that did those t-shirts *chosse life* was mentioned in there, I have pics if You want to see :T So that was fab. Went around the shops although Animal in bath didnt have my bag, apperently they had some near work. So after poping in charity shops we decide to head home early.

Get to the train station and screen says platform 2, stood waiting untill we realise we are on the wrong platform :rotfl: Go to the other and the next train goes all the way through to the staton with our car. However it pulls into Bristol and doesnt move and eveyone gets off. We then get funny looks through the windows. Bearing in mind 2 first operator/team members passed us and didnt say a word. However the train was terminating  We then had to go to the other side of the train staton where the queue was 7 people deep to see if one would take up home. As it turned out 6 trains had been cancelled on that platform and the next got us home :T

On the way home stopped at Animal near work, didnt have said bag. Appently they were supposed to get the new range and more bags in on Wednesday but because of the snow that didnt happen. I shall now get the one off ebay/wait til pay day :D

Oh and I forgot my shakes so ended up having to buy some chicken (its allowed on CD SS+) till I got home. I now still cant feel my feet and I have a really pounding headache so I am sat in the dark :rotfl: I have decided I am going nowhere until next week and I am certainly not going anywhere far unless the temp picks up!

There you go thats my rant! I did however get some cute bookmarks :rotfl:

Have a great evening all

Well my dear Dad came down earlier and he sawed off the offending gate bracket, we then dug out the whole drive and he'd brought rock salt :T
He changed the wheel (typical - the one I burst was a new tyre as well  now irrepairable because the bracket tore right through the tyre wall and ripped into the inner tyre)
moved the car back while Dad held a foam pad between car and gate post then we could get it up onto the now clear drive.
...So, car is now drivable, the spare is only just legal but we can drive it to a garage now and we've avoided an expensive call out charge :j

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    good old Dad :D

I might make a batch of lentil soup for lunch over the next couple of days. Wouldn't surprise me if my Sunday delivery doesn't come - best temperature is going to be -2 each day (-8 or -9 tonight!) and snow showers for tomorrow and Sunday.
