asda online

I do my weekly shop with asda online every week without fail except over xmas. My last shop was a week before xmas. Anyway been trying since yesterday to checkout but keeps saying no slots available at all I assumed it was a technical glitch.
Out of curiousity I just checked my postcode and a few of my familys within 10 miles and they say they dont deliver within my area. Im annoyed as living where I do cant get to any supermarkets other than tesco express etc. Is it common for asda to drop area without informing their loyal customers?
Am really hoping its just a glitch or due to the bad weather, has anyone else experienced the same?

Could be the weather if there are some pretty nasty roads between you and the store. I know we had to manually cancel loads of orders a few years ago to some of the villages as there was a very steep hill half way there.
Have you tried ringing the store and speaking to someone from home shopping? (Don't ring the call centre they won't have a clue!)0 -
