Looking for a 90% deal on a newbuild

Hi,
We are currently looking at a new build house that we plan to part ex our current one against.

Up untill now I did not realise that the 90% deals I had seen might not be allowed against a newbuild house.

Has anyone seen any 90% deals around or do I just need to save more!

Cheers

Mike

  • I just spoke to Nationwide and it looks like they offer a 90% for new build Houses if you take their current account also. They would only give 75% against a flat though, but that does not worry me.

The only thing she said was that their valuation could be lower then the sale price due to the resale value but I guess this goes for all deals!

    Thanks

    Mike
