Who are QDL?

I just had a look through the lower my bills bit on Credit Expert to see what (if anything) it could suggest for me.

Anyway, I have had an email from Credit Expert saying they couldn't match anything to me and have passed my info to someone called QDL.

Has anyone dealt with them before? If so, how legit are they etc?

The "Congratulations, application has been approved (not your actual loan though) all you need to do now is pay us a processing fee to proceed" brigade.

As per Mabski's advice above. Don't even go there.....

I'd suspected as much. Bit surprised that Credit Expert would get involved with a company like that to be honest.

Yeah right. Do the sensible thing and never pay money to brokers.

( What the above means is 'We are getting fed up because people are cottoning on to the fact that we WILL fit a Loan to you......but the worse your circumstances are and the more likely it is that you cant afford the damn thing in the fist place...the more we will charge you) As above....bargepole, touch, dont.

QDL = Rip off, fictional, compulsive liers, scam artists... dare i continue.

Do not pay someone to do something you can do yourself for free.

They will make promises of we will get you your loan by the end of the week, the paper work is on its way .... and lots of other bs to get you to part with your fee, then they will let that fee sit in there account gaining interest before they eventually say "sorry we were unable to help you, we will refund your fee minus the £5.00 we are actually legally allowed to charge, and thanks alot for the interest"

I looked at the credit expert thing too. Just out of curiousity.

I only did it yesterday and i've had loads of missed calls from QDL already, just glad i'm not in when they ring!!

I've no intention of using a company like this, no matter how desperate i get(and i've been desperate before, believe me!!).

Looked at my credit report and clicked on the button that said to look for loans that would suit my credit situation.

I've also got the email saying:

"You will now receive a call from QDL who will help match you to the loan that is right for you. They have access to a wide range of products that could be right for your situation, and can provide you with further details you require."

Does anyone know if they'll credit check me before I've spoken to them? I'm trying clear up my credit 'score' and I don't want a broker to ruin it!

they will not credit check you, they will try and get you to hand over your bank details or credit card details to "varify your id" this is a load of lies, they will debit a brokers fee, then they will not send you anything from any loan companies, and then in a month when you realise you have been scammed you will be back on here asking how to get your brokers fee back.
