I have some big money and fat dieting plans for this year. A long booked holiday in June will be spoiled for me if I haven't cleared some flab and some flabby debt!!
Anyone else looking for support to keep their hands out of the (many leftover fr Xmas) choc tin??
I would ideally like to lose 40pounds. However the first goal is to lose 10%. My target for this first week is to lose 4 pounds. I'm weighing in 11th jan.xx
