I think you would be mad to sell your place. Keep hold of it and rent it out. I understand the concerns about tenants trashing it though but it will give you something to fall back should anything go wrong. Sorry don't mean to sound negative i'm just stupidly cautious!0

Well before you know it you will be down to a size your aiming for and will have clothes to play with.
Unfortunately when money is tight you have to cut out luxeries. I have 3 pairs of trousers all black lol! and at the moment 2 jumpers and 4 summer tops - had these since i gave up work 4 yrs april.
It isn`t forever.
Poundland do nice colouful bangles,necklaces and silk scarves/belts to match so you can do it on a budget.
Another thing is to buy tops that will still look good if you go down a size iykwim! Rather wear loose then too tight for a while, also elastic back skirts/trousers with belt loops that way they will last you longer too xDebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
