Hi,
My b/f makes the best lasagne and I have seen a seafood one somewhere, cant think where! He is thinking that the fish will either make it go watery or the prawns will overcook, anyone got a tried nd tested recipe please,

I do one with Salmon Cubed and prawns , use a standard bechamel sauce with some parsley added, never had any problemsEx forum ambassador
