Mens shoes that have good grip and are slip on

My Dad really needs some good grip shoes for this bad weather that are slip on ones as he finds these easy to get on/off.
Most good winter grip ones seem to be lace up or walking boot style and these would not be any good.
Anyone know anywhere good to look - need a size 8.
Current shoes are really not good as no grip and he finds it very slippy underfoot.
I use Yacktrack snow grips but think these would be hard to put on/off for Dad.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!

These have elastic laces that don't need tying.0 -

Wellies are quite tricky with low mobility. My Dad struggles to bend although he's managed to wear his lace up walking boots in this cold weather.
I've bought decent slip ons for him from M&S and Asda in the past, might be worth checking out what they've got.
Has your Dad got a long handled shoe horn - Dad finds them invaluable, you can buy them for under a pound each at Ikea and he has them scattered around the house.Piglet

Thanks for the ideas will pass onto Dad - afraid wellies not the best to get on/off and would not be able to drive in them.
We have a shoe horn which is useful.
Will check M&S and Asda, looked in Shoe Zone today but their slip ons didnt have that a good grip.
Seen some ones to look at at Cotton Traders too.
