Hi rene2b,
Not sure how much help this is, but I have seen adverts for this kind of thing when looking for sports car hire for my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, it was nearly a year ago that I was looking and so can't remember the website. I thought I'd just post so that you know such a thing does exist and you should definitely look on Google for companies in your area. Good luck :-))0 -

i spent all day today looking at cars for h2b, and they do indeed cost an absoloute bomb! And incase you havent found any yet the self drive cost about the same - £500-£600 except you need to place a £5000ish deposit:eek:
has your other half had a look himself or is it for a surprise? My oh knows we cant afford his dream (aston martin db9) but in the end was quite happy to settle for a modern jag, which we found a fair few of and for £180 for around 4hrs we think its better value than a lot of the traditional cars you see.
think what my h2b really wanted was a modern luxury car - rather than specifically a supercar

this is who we are looking at, picture 18 is the jag.getting married: 02/10/10
weight loss goal: 2st
lost so far: 11lb
(and the dress fits!)
