Just a quick one, too say thanks:-.........
To re cap, i had a Marbles account that was suspended, despite offering to pay off the full amount, (3 direct debit payments were missed whilst i was working away)
The account was passed to outside agency for collection ,despite me trying to resolve matter with Marbles from abroard.
I was just about to pay full amount, and someone on here suggested offering a lower figure as full and final payment.. taking that advice i offered 65% of outstanding figure, which they snatched my hand off...
So ALWAYS haggle, saved me £1200..
