Hi all.
My missus has just got off the phone to a very distressed friend. I didn't get the full story, but the upshot is this (I think);
Her endowment company (provider?) has told her that she needs to find an extra £1000 by November, or her policy is at risk. Now I don't have an endowment (or morgage for that matter), and know nothing about it.
What I would like, if possible, is a few pointers as to what questions she should be asking, and to whom.
Also, please give me an idea as to what you need to know so that you can help me help her.
Sadly she's not a computer person, so this may be protracted.
If there's a thread covering what I need to know, please point me there because I don't even know what questions to ask.
