so could I remortgage my flat (10k owing) Clear anything owing on it (somehow) and have 90-100k for a house to part rent out?
Ideal situation being only 1 mortgage , 1 property totally paid so all rent is "profit" and other property (probably house) being wholy paid/part paid by rent income? what sort of mortgage would be best ie interest only B2let ? pros & cons of both and rough monthly mortgage payments.0
