Anyone else having trouble signing into New Look website?

I've been trying for two days but to no avail.

I know my details are correct but the website says that they aren't recognisable.

I did the "forgot password" thing and it said that a new password had been sent to me but I haven't received anything in my Inbox or my junk folder.
I've done this about three times.

I even created a new account with a new email address and the same thing is happening with not being able to sign in and not receiving emails with the new password in.

I'm receiving normal New Look emails, however.

Is anyone else having this problem too?
