PPI refunds

Not had much luck with my last post so try again from a different angle:o

Has anyone out there who has complained about their PPI and requested a refund failed?

Whats the best result you have had?

I have just complained and waiting to see what happens next.

TSB refused to cancel PPI on two of my loans.
But, after a couple of letters they gave in and I received refunds on both loans. over £4k wiped off my pile of debt

Thing is with things like this people tend to take no for an answer and leave it at that.
Patience and persistance pays off in the end though.
