Not had much luck with my last post so try again from a different angle:o

Has anyone out there who has complained about their PPI and requested a refund failed?

Whats the best result you have had?

I have just complained and waiting to see what happens next.

if not have a look, loads of info on there ;)

TSB refused to cancel PPI on two of my loans.
But, after a couple of letters they gave in and I received refunds on both loans. over £4k wiped off my pile of debt :D

Thing is with things like this people tend to take no for an answer and leave it at that.
Patience and persistance pays off in the end though.
If your trying at the mo - good luck
    Debt at highest £16k+
    Debt at lightbulb moment £14,800
    Current debt £6336
Cleared £4206 in November 05 How ? Bye Bye PPI :)
