i just sliced and froze my banana loaf :D kept a few slices out for after work tonight tho :o
Its a really easy recipe although i not sure where i got it from so apologies if i am nicking someone elses recipe

    Banana loaf

    7oz plain flour
    1 level teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 level teaspoon bicarbonate soda
    4oz caster sugar
    2oz margarine
    1 egg
    a little milk
    2 bananas

basically i just seived the flour, baking powder and bicarb into my food processor then added the marge and sugar and blitzed. Then added the rest of the ingredients and blitzed again. Finally added a little ground mixed spice and blitzed again :rotfl:
bunged in a loaf tin and cooked on 190 for about 1 hour

    HTH

ETA - i am sure you could bung in some raisins or choc chips if you wanted a bit of a change x
