In my opinion they are a decent enough company. but, if you have not taken advice from a whole of market advisor make sure you check your options out first to make sure there isn't something better on offerI am a Mortgage Adviser

There are other companies out there, but I have never had any problems with Mortgage Express.
So buying at roughly £128k and need a mortgage of £90k - what is the expected monthly rental income? Decent enough company,
Have used them fairly regularly for BTL and never had a problem, even when dealing with a potential flying freehold.
Reasonably quick, and hassle free.
