Meal ideas to use up popcorn chicken?!

I got a load of adsa reduced price popcorn chicken yesterday for 30p a pack. Its the fresh stuff, but I've now frozen it.

Any ideas of how to involve it in meals other than in wraps, i fancied a salad or pasta tonight but not sure how to use it as its got the coating on it I thought it might be a bit odd.

i can always nibble it on its own, but i thought id see if there are any other ideas!

thanks.

I would put in in a salad (sort of like macdonads) with a nice ranch dressing.

My kids love this with Cous Cous! I make the couscous with veggie stock, then add peas and sweetcorn, and sometimes some chopped peppers, spring onion, and serve it up with the popcorn chicken. They don't mind if the couscous is warm or cold as long as the chicken is hot! That's a salad of sorts for you.
