    Probably hire.

You can buy suits for less than £70 but from Tesco, Asda etc - the ones you hire are bound to be nicer. And since that includes shoes as well, you'd struggle to buy for that.

There might be some odd sale suits about on the hire street that are less but finding five in the right sizes wouldn't be easy.

Are you hiring suits for both Fathers???

That's a good price for hiring, you may also get it cheaper if you hire the Father's suits as well

If you're looking for suit, waistcoat, cravat, shirt and shoes then I would certainly hire

we bought the suits for £50 each in a sale but thats just the jacket and trousers

looks like waistcoats will be £20, cravats £8 and I got the shirts for £12 in a sale
they are each providing their own shoes

so I think thats probably as cheap as you will do it if you go down the buying option :)
we went for buying in the end as we prefered to buy them and have everyone keep the suits afterwards than pay near the same just for renting :)

oh and we had to get 6 suits and still managed to find 6 the same in a clearance sale (suits were reduced from about £180 to £50)

I got the grooms and best mans tie in matalan at the weekend, they were priced at £3 each but scanned at 75p each, i was well chuffed.
Regarding suit we are buying simply because OH wants to wear it again but looks like i am going to have to hire the waistcoats
