CIAO - Missing Money

I started using CIAO again after about 1 year neglected. I have only completed a few surveys but have not been paid.
2 surveys show prize draw entries
1 survey wa at the end then flashed up an error message
I have raised support tickts for these. the first (about the 2 unpaid) took 4 weeks to be answered with a simple, you will get paid message
the second have been there 3 weeks and no reply
does anybody else have this issue. i find it terrible that they take so long answering support tickets with little more than generic answers.

I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Hi Sarah

I believe that Ciao! no longer have a good reputation, especially in the area of surveys. Looking through other posts/threads on here about Ciao, the general consensus seems to be 'don't bother'.
I can't offer you any helpful advice I'm afraid, but I'm going to keep an eye on your thread, since I'm very confused by Ciao!... They send me survey emails (from surveysATciao-surveys.co.uk....), which I occasionally complete, if the reward offered seems reasonable. I can't log in to Greenfields.. don't think I ever could/have..To further add to the confusion, I think Toluna might 'own' or 'run' them now..?
My Ciao credit has increased a bit, which must be from surveys, since I've had very little activity on there... all very odd...
Anyway, I hope you get some helpful information

How does it take over a month.......????? if i get these surveys credited i can cashoutI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
I don't know when these surveys were from but I've used ciao regularly and although you do have to be careful with the survey payouts (I keep a list, date and payment of each one) ,I did get paid by them around november/december and the payments do come through, although I had to wait for about 2 months before one came through.0

I had this problem a few months ago. I contacted Ciao through the website and after several weeks received a standard message backing saying that I would be credited for the survey as soon as they had enough completed surveys. I've just checked my account and it now has credited, I've only got one 'project open' now from a survey I completed on 13th December (another one on the 13th and one on 16th December have already been credited to my account)
So hang in there it should hopefully be credited soon.Operation House Move £11993.60/£25000 (47% achieved)
