Just hope when DH signs it, we have the possession order/letter before he goes BR.
Once he receives the letter, saying they are taking over the property from such a date, if anything happens to the property then, will that mean its not our problem if anything happens to the house? Think that's also a big worry for us too.0 -
And that's why we keep coming back eh tigerfeet, I've loads to learn and doubt the knowledge I've picked up but when someone suddenly falls upon the answer to their problems, and toddles off with a skip in their step well that's good isn't it0
