Share Options/ISA/Tax

Can anyone tell me the tax implications of putting some of the shares which I get from a company share option scheme into an ISA. Will I save myself Income tax/CGT or will the profit I make be taxed when I sell?

ISAs are virtually tax free vehicles in terms of growth and any income received - the fund's can't relaim the 10% tax credit on UK equity dividends.

I beleive that if you leave the shares in your company share option scheme, then any growth in the shares are not liable for CGT until the time from which they are taken out of the scheme.

Transferring into an ISA?? don't know the implications in this case...
