When are M&S final reductions?

M&S Customer services very busy with returns and guess the staff will be happy if stock goes to no return basis and customers are actually stuck with goods. Does anyone know when are the final reductions?

Futher reductions today.......Checked out 2 M&S stores. One M&S has marked clothes 'S' non-returnable to cut down on returns but not other.
