    I am seriously wasting my week's holiday. Other than going out and doing my own thing :confused: I only have work I can be getting on with for my teaching prep. for next week and a research project.

    Perhaps 3 foot of snow would be the best solution :rolleyes:

    Heating restored-frantic call to station again results in call to DH on a fire call who then calls me from phone on truck-there was an error on the boiler controls (probably from pipe restoration today!) and heating back on, whoop! Still ruddy cold though...
