    Hi

I'm looking for one too but I'm only 5"ish so think they might be too long - can any one advise me on what to do - order or not and if order what one!

    Thanks

Slanket do what they call a travel slanket, which is shorter and might be better for you.

I looked at that and the kids one but decided just to get a big one - more to keep me warm plus a lot of the travel/kids were out of stock
Least my feet will be warm!!
  • You can get them, well similar, on Ebay for about a tenner.

I did eventually buy a slanket from Firebox in deep red and I've got it on now ..... I should have got one of these years ago they're so snuggly and warm and, although they don't fasten at the front (or back) there's plenty material to wrap round. I've found that if I want to walk round with it on, I just clip it together with some bulldog clips and the front too and it's fine to keep on

I'm desperate for mine to arrive - hopefully tomorrow, I always end up with the duvet over me when I watch tv so the slanket is the solution!
    Please let it come tomorrow!

It arrived today - its massive but great currently wearing it! the green is a lot darker than it looks but its fine, can't be bothered sending it back!
Also finding that its giving me static hair :( do you think washing would help?
Also what way do you wear it? as I think it could be worn either way

I wear mine with the opening at the front otherwise I imagine it would be extremely difficult to put on and may gape at the back

I don't have long hair so can't comment on the static. Fabric conditioner is meant to reduce static on some clothing so I wonder whether it would be worth rinsing it in fabric conditioner if washing instructions allow

  • thanks thats the way I was thinking about using it but put it on the other way as kinda slotted into sofa!
Yeh I'm gonna try and wash it, no harm in washing it
