Tesco £10 gift card from OVI

Has anyone tried to use it? I've just tried to use mine online and it says it has expired

Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas what to do, I've not kept the letter that came with it.

I won one too and used mine on for our Christmas food shop and it worked fine x
