successful in reclaiming mortgage exit fee last year with northern rock who at first said i needed to provide account number to proceed claim. could not find this and gave up then got a cheque 2 weeks later for 125 pounds. still trying to claim off woolwich now barclays from 1993 who said we have no record of any mortgage even after providing them with dates nat ins nos names d ob everything except the mortgage ac no as it was so long ago. anyone in the same predicament. i have sent 2 letters as per martin template to no avail about to give up
