Hi
Hopefully someone can help. One of my husband's friends is emigrating to Australia and his mates are having a wee "do" for him on Saturday night.
They have decided to give him a wee "supplies kit" to take with him, including Fosters lager, hat complete with swingings corks, etc. Thinking it would be quite easy I offered to get a boomerang.
Big mistake! Does anybody have any idea where, either in Glasgor or online that I can get a traditional shaped boomerang before the weekend? There are plenty of places that sell the three sided boomerang but no - they want a traditional one.
I have seen some on Ebay but am a bit warey in case they don't get here in time.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try a stores returns department LOL.
Actually, My brother had a Rolf Harris theme stag do, which was fantastic. We got hold of a 'Best of Rolf Harris' cassette, and got the pub to play it. They reckoned it was the best night they had ever had in the place. Gives a lot of scope for other ideas (Wobbly Boards, Stylophones, Beard, wooden horses, rubbish pictures etc)"Don't critisise what people look like, how they speak, where they are from, and what they are called. They cannot help it.
Do critisise what they say, and what they do, especially if what they say is different to what they do. They can help that"

Thanks for the extra ideas. The Rolf Harris Cassette/CD is a good idea.
They had even jokingly suggested mugging the wee guy that sits in Sauchiehall Street playing his digeridoo (is that how you spell it?) for his instrument.0 -
This store does boomerangs but not sure if it is what you are looking for but heres hoping. Have a fab time at the party thought.
