What to do with the leftover Cranberry Sauce

...Does anyone have any recipes/ideas for using up the cranberry sauce that's already been opened from xmas....have my own plus 2 more hardly touched jars of the stuff. I'm veggie but the rest of the family are not so anything really sweet or savoury, just refuse to waste it!! Thanks in advance.

Cranberry cheesecake! or you could add some icing sugar to sweeten it and use it sandwiched between sponge cake. or on top of ice cream.
