gordon ramsay hot chocolate fondant: Can it be frozen?

This is the 2nd to last day of my holidays & I've been quite good with batch cooking & putting stuff in the freezer so we will have a lot of diff meals when we go back to work.
I was just wondering whether Gordon Ramsey's recipe for chocolate fondant can be frozen as well. Either the mix before its in the oven or whether it can be frozen after being put in the oven.
I'd like to start having 1 or 2 HM deserts in the week, but wont have time when I go back to work to cook it from scratch.
I also just wanted to say thank you for all your good ideas. Its helped me out lots.:j
