    Everytime that a post is added to a previous one it pushes the whole thread to the top of the board when viewed in "standard view".That's bumping in essence.
    This can cause problems to people who enter in order of page ranking.
    Adding comments also adds to the length of the thread & can cause confusion for finding relevant information.
