I don't know what to do

OH and I have been engaged for 2 and a half years, and what with buying a house, and have a little girl, we've just got round to start to think about our wedding.
While we've got savings at the moment, they're our emergency fund, so realistically we're hoping we can save 6-7k in the next 18 months or so (as well as overpaying on our mortgage).
At the moment we've not even decided on home or abroad. If I'm being honest I think OH would rather home, and my inclination was probably for abroad. That said when watching Gavin and Stacey the other night, I did feel a sudden longing for a church wedding (If I can, as I have a DD). I guess what puts me off getting married at home is I've worked with people who have just talked so much about how wedding costs have escalated etc. We can't afford for that. While of course I want it to be perfect, I'm not going to get myself in debt for it. My OH works with someone else who has just started getting prices for their wedding venues and everything is so expensive (around Warwick and Stratford areas).
For me, if I was to get married at home, I would want a church wedding. Does anyone have any ideas for venue recommendations - I'd be looking more Rugby/Warwick area. We've not finalised a list, but I'd be hoping to keep it at 60 (70 max), and would not be inviting any more for an evening reception.
Alternatively, I'd be also interested to hear of anyone getting married abroad. What made you choose abroad, and where are you going for?
One thing is our DD starts school September 2010, so we're looking at an abroad wedding in August 2011 (I guess this will impact on our budget, as school holiday prices). If we were to get married at home, I could go for a winter 2010 option (assuming availability at the place) and then honeymoon abroad in the school hols. I'm suggesting this as I've read that winter packages can be cheaper. Whatever happens, our DD is coming on our honeymoon..
Any tips and advice greatfully received, because as you can see I'm really indecisive. I know we need to make a decision on where, but I guess a lot depends on price, and finding that perfect venue. At the moment google really isn't my best friend..

You have the option of taking her out of school, you can take them out till they are 5
It would be a hell of a lot cheaper!!!
