can anyone advise on a good advisor please my daughter is thinking about remortgaging and wants to get some advise but i know that there are some better than others she lives in birmingham and i have told her to get someone that is recommended

word of mouth is a good way.
Avoid tied agents and estate agent advisers. Make sure whole of market means whole of market (as technically it can be as little as a panel). Consider getting an independent mortgage broker rather than whole of market as this can be cheaper (commission providers then can offset the fee but non commission providers would be included as well).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
