How do you solve a problem like play.com?

hey everyone, Happy New year!

Play.com have been giving me headaches! We all know their reputation for being helpful well I have another beauty!

I ordered two gift vouchers from their site £15 each sent to two different addresses, Or so I thought. Checked my bank account and was rather daunted at the fact one voucher of £15 was indeed sent, and a further 4 vouchers worth £15 were sent to the same email!

I had to very gingerly warn the friend who had been sent these of the error (very embarassing!)

and then tried my arm with play.coms help servce.
After checking your Play.com account history, we are able to confirm that 5 gift vouchers were ordered on 25/12/09. All vouchers were ordered through your Play.com account and an email sent to confirm each order. Unfortunately gift vouchers are non refundable and they have all been dispatched to the email addresses that were provided at the time of ordering.
I mean doesnt the fact that 5 vouchers of the same sum to the same person spell error to them or what????
