Quick one folks
CSA now have up to date information on PWC ..
Married and also another child with her husband (Still together) .
She has not declared they ever existed until recently .
Because she is on her benfit scams is it worthwhile getting the agency to re asses all the other assesments .
IMHO i would think this would increase the assesments as she has 2 children to support and their income isn't used in the assesments

it will only serve to increase the NRP assessement as if on CS1 the PWC will have a higher exempt income with 2 children, plus housing costs. PWCP income used to determine the child allowance at either half or full amount.0
