beef and spicy bean

well ive been really good today and made a list of all food/ spices etc i have in the house in hope to do some meal plans and hope fully save lots of money so i can go on holiday lol, my question is ive found a recipe in the sc collection beef and spicy bean that im gonna do for tomoro dinner , but im gonna do with left over beef from today would you add the meat at the end o begining thanks

I add already cooked meat at the end after cooking the vegetables, they only need heating up and covering in the sauce. Cooking them too long makes them fall apart as well.
