Hey everyone, I don't know if I am writing this in the correct area of the forum?.. I owe a few companines and banks money and now I am back on my feet I want to start repaying them. Thing is they have all been passed on onto debt collection agencies, but it seems to be a different agency every time I get a letter and it just states the amount due not the company due to?! Does anyone know what to do as I am so snowed in with letters I don't know which is most recent and which amount is which. I know what companies I am due money to but not the amounts.. any ideas?

Ok so no chance of them being statue barred. My advice would be to sort all your letter by date. Phone the most recent one and give them your details. if they have passed the debt on they might tell you who it is. if they won't then just sit back and wait for your next letter then contact them.
How many different debts do you have..?. If you have all the paperwork you should be able to trace it back.0
