I have just put a beef stew on in my SC, I have put the meat in raw this time, will there be any problems with it? I normally brown it off first but am in a rush today.
WIll there be any problems with doing it this way as I know there is a difference of opinion on this
TIA

I've always done it raw with no problems - the only thing I brown is mince to get all that horrible fat out.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0
