Even better is a florist wholesaler. I managed to get a card when I was a Body Shop consultant. They took an official order form as proof of my 'business'. Don't know if all wholesalers insist on proof of business. I had to spend £30 the first time but after that no minimum.
All sorts of goodies from baskets, candles, teddies, cellophane, curling ribbon. Some dirt cheap, others no better than other sources but certainly worth a look.
