    House prices probably are going to fall further.
    fair enough. so you'd thought that you'd make a thread up out of nothing then.
    any particular reason?
    I've been a long term saver with the idea of getting in when the fall started.
    that would mean you would buy now as house prices are still lower than they were when the falls started.

    are you sure that you've thought this through?

    True, even the bears are buying.

    I'm in the process of buying at what is probably the correct value for teh current market

    However I fully expect over the next couple of years I'll see a drop in it's value.
