Ordering the 'sofas' has made going back to work a touch more bearable !! Can't wait to see what the postie brings - agree with others M&S will take the item back if it not what we optomists expect - so nothing lost nothing gained.
Me thinks case of sour grapes maybe ??

Why would anyone have sour grapes over ordering something for a 'laugh'?

Was referring to people who think we are throwing tenners away !!
Some folks bystand and watch others get on with it !! Doubt very much sofas will arrive but will be a talking point for ages - .......

Was interested in this and searched 'glass fibre' on m&s site. Results show various vases and things - one particularly odd looking bumpy green vase comes up at £9.50, is composed of 100% glass fibre and has a similar item number. So I'd guess what'll turn up will be along these lines.... think I'll give it a miss.

This is ridiculous, seriously a fibre glass sofa for £9.50 and you think you'll get one? umhm okay then! Oh and it's really not sour grapes for me, i just don't see the point in 'ordering for a laugh to see what comes'

I'd rather go out with my mates for a laugh!

I don't quite get how ordering something you know has no chance of being a sofa(if you have a brain) just to see what it is is fun:confused:

Not sure what the people who ordered the sofas/corner units are going to get. Might be wall hooks or vases.

M&S did honour some of the glitches in the recent past. Boozy gifts, men's gift sets, collezione men's suits etc. May be lucky few might get the sofas. Keep your fingers and toes crossed :)
