I never recieved mine & had forgotten all about it but going through old saved emails found my 'order' so emailed them to say I never recieved mine. Got a quick response saying:
Hello .......,

It took me longer that I thought it would to find what had happened to your order, so my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Your order was amoungst literally thousands that we received, the end result being that our system here 'crashed'. We totally under estimated the response that we would receive for this offer. The fault is therefore with us and I am sorry that you were 'missed' when we tried to re-build the database.

I will ensure that you are sent the Instant Circus you ordered plus a couple of others as compensation for the inconvenience you have been put to.
